Welcome to Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon (“Kickback’s,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our website or receiving services at our location, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon operates as a shared commercial space that provides booth rental opportunities to licensed barbers and stylists.


2. Independent Contractors

All barbers and stylists operating within Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon are independent contractors.

They are:

  • Not employees of Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon

  • Not agents or representatives of Kickback’s ownership

  • Independently licensed professionals

  • Responsible for their own pricing, schedules, policies, and services

Each barber or stylist:

  • Sets their own service rates

  • Manages their own appointment scheduling

  • Establishes their own cancellation policies

  • Collects their own payments

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon does not control or dictate individual service pricing, methods, or policies.


3. Service Responsibility

Any agreement for services is strictly between the client and the individual barber or stylist.

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon:

  • Is not responsible for pricing disputes

  • Is not responsible for service outcomes

  • Is not responsible for appointment cancellations or rescheduling

  • Is not liable for dissatisfaction with services performed by independent contractors

Clients should communicate directly with their chosen barber or stylist regarding service concerns.


4. Payments & Credit Card Processing

All payments for services are made directly to the independent barber or stylist providing the service.

While Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon provides access to a centralized credit card terminal for convenience, the following applies:

  • All funds collected through the credit card terminal are deposited directly to the individual barber or stylist using the terminal.

  • Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon does not collect, retain, or process service revenue on behalf of independent contractors.

  • Each barber or stylist is individually identified on the payment receipt.

  • A 3% credit card processing fee may be added to transactions to offset merchant processing costs.

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon is not responsible for:

  • Payment disputes between clients and independent contractors

  • Refund decisions

  • Pricing disagreements

  • Chargebacks initiated by clients

Any refund or billing issues must be addressed directly with the independent barber or stylist who provided the service.


5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment scheduling and cancellation policies are determined by each independent contractor.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Confirming appointment details directly with their barber or stylist

  • Understanding that late arrival policies vary by provider

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon is not responsible for missed appointments or cancellation disputes.


6. Conduct & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service or request removal from the premises for:

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Harassment of staff or contractors

  • Unsafe or illegal activity

All clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct while on the premises.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon shall not be liable for:

  • Any injury resulting from services performed by independent contractors

  • Any allergic reactions or service-related outcomes

  • Any disputes between clients and independent contractors

All services are provided by licensed professionals operating independently.


8. Website Use

Information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability of specific barbers or stylists

  • Accuracy of independently posted pricing

  • Immediate appointment availability


9. Changes to Terms

Kickback’s Barbershop & Salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
